Luke Kramarski is a Co-founder and coach at CrossFit Paradox. Luke is a CrossFit and USAW Olympic Weightlifting ceritfied coach. Luke has been involved in various sports and weight training for the past 12 years. He has been grappling competitively for the past 4 years, using the CrossFit methodology to improve the strength and conditioning aspects of his performance. Within the past year, his focus has shifted towards CrossFit and becoming a trainer, hoping to pass on this knowledge and passion for CrossFit to others.
Chris has always had a lifelong passion for fitness and helping others. At the age 10, Chris started his athletic career with wrestling, competing throughout high school, earning All-State and Team Illinois honors. Towards the end of high school he started training Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and Muay Thai, leading to a professional mixed martial arts career. During this time, Chris also earned his first nationally recognized personal training certification. For the past 5 years, he has been instructing various martial arts, all while continuing his education in fitness. Chris’ first experience with CrossFit was in early 2008 and has been incorporating it in his own conditioning as well as his client’s. As a Co-founder and CrossFit Certified coach, Chris is looking forward to helping our members reach their fitness goals at CrossFit Paradox.
