Alicia has competed in numerous Spartan races, but this one was a little more special. This time around, she competed as an individual for the first time. She not only completed the race, but powered through cramping calves to put in a dominant performance. Great job, Alicia!

November 12 will be my two year anniversary. WOO HOO
2 – How many times a week do you come in?
4 days a week is my magic number.
3 – How has Crossfit helped you with your training?I used to call myself a runner, but I was weak of mind and body. Now, on a good day, I call myself an athlete.
4 – Where are you from?
Lived most of my life in Lombard
5 – Aside from Crossfit, what else do you like to do on your free time?I run, kayak, hike, archery, read, daydream about disaster preparedness. I enjoy doing anything that may be adventurous, strange, scary, challenging, or crafty.
6 – What is your favorite movement/workout?
I like chippers and cleans.
7 – What do you like most about Crossfit?
I love the community the most. Bunch of bad asses!
I really like the variety of movements and workouts we do in a week, helps keep things fresh.
