Scheduled Weekday Classes (Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday):
- 6:30pm (Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday only)
Beginner Classes (Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday) :
- For athletes new to Crossfit, we will go over terminology, how a normal class flows, and break down the key movements we use everyday in Crossfit.
- (Recommended if you have not Crossfitted for 2+ months)
Thursday (Open Gym):
This is for all of our members to come in and make-up a workout, practice any skills they need to work on, etc. We will have occasional Olympic lifting classes (those times are TBD).
Classes start promptly at the scheduled time and will last approximately one hour.
Saturday (Partner WOD):
THURSDAY AND SUNDAY IS OUR OPEN GYM/REST DAY. WE OFFER LIMITED CLASSES ON THOSE DAYS (LISTED ABOVE). BESIDES THE CLASSES LISTED ABOVE, YOU CAN COME IN ANYTIME DURING THE SCHEDULED HOURS AND STAY AS LONG AS YOU WOULD LIKE. PLEASE KEEP IN MIND THAT MEMBERS WHO ARE IN A CLASS HAVE PRIORITY OVER THE EQUIPMENT. WE ALSO OFFER OLYMPIC LIFTING CLASSES EVERY THURSDAY AS WELL AS SOME MORNINGS. PLEASE EMAIL FOR MORE INFORMATION ON THE CURRENT OLY LIFTING CLASS SCHEDULE.

Each class is approximately one hour.
Please show up early to ensure proper warm-up and help the class run smoothly.
New members and guests must contact us for instructions on how to RSVP for classes and should arrive 15 minutes before class time to complete necessary paperwork.
