Here’s somethings you need to know before you get started:
If you are completely new to CrossFit we offer an On-ramp program Monday, Wednesday and Friday afternoons. The times vary weekly (4:30, 5:30,or 6:30pm) to make it as convenient for everyone to attend as possible. Please email or call first to schedule your first class and verify the class time. It is recommended that you attend a few of the on-ramp classes prior to attending a regular class, however it is not required. On-ramp program is designed to get you familiarized with the CrossFit movements and ensure you’re utilizing proper technique in a smaller group setting with other members of similar skill level.
We use a RSVP system for every class and it is important to do so because class sizes are limited to 15. You MUST UN-RSVP if you can not make your intended class (burpee punishment if you do not). For 6am classes you must RSVP by 9pm the night before.If you are new to CrossFit we suggest that you schedule your first visit on Monday or Friday to any of our afternoon classes. Please come in 20 minutes prior to your scheduled visit to receive a new member orientation with Vince Towler, our “new member liaison”.

Keep in mind that if you are on a punch-pass and RSVP, then not show up, it will count as an attended class towards your punch pass.

Thursdays are open gym however we do offer specialty classes at varying times. Check WodHopper for an updated schedule. There is always a trainer available during open gym times to help you with anything you need to work on so don’t hesitate to ask.
Saturdays and holidays are partner or hero workouts. They are faster paced then normal. Coming to a couple of weekday classes is recommended before attending a partner workout as well. You do not need to come with a partner. We will assign you one.
Next day’s workout is posted the night before. We recommend that you look at our website or Facebook page to view it so that you are prepared in case there is any special instruction or gear you need to bring (Ex. High socks for rope climbs). Click HERE to like our Facebook page and stay informed.
