We are officially through our first quarter of 2017 and we are happy to announce and congratulate Fabi as the March Paradox Member of the Month! She not only did an amazing job RX’ing all the Open workouts, but she did them all as partner workouts…no, she did not cheat, she just didn’t think they were hard enough, so she did them pregnant. Clearly Dave Castro left out a category because we’re pretty sure she would be going head to head with Miranda Oldroyd.
Please join me in congratulating Fabi on being our newest member of the month. She has set a great example for being strong fit woman.
Here she is throwing around a kettle bell like it’s nothing…

How has Crossfit helped you in sports/physical activity/Life? Crossfit has helped me keep my diabetes in control. I have struggled with fitness my entire life. I have tried everything!!!! Crossfit was the only fitness program where I saw consistent progress. I don’t get bored with crossfit. The programming is different every day and the coaches push you. I love my crossfit family. They are always motivating me! When I first started crossfit I lost 15 pounds. After that my weight was consistent and I kept losing inches.
